Work With Us

at The Centre for Women & Co. and Men & Co. Services

What’s the best thing about working here?

According to our team it’s…The support | The ability to grow and develop | Client outcomes | Workplace culture | Purpose | Growth mindset | Check-ins | Living our values | Debriefs, supervision sessions and team days | Transparency | Training and development | Team days

Let’s talk team culture

Our team culture is deeply connected with our core values; compassion, integrity and respect. We have high expectations of our team members, but our team culture fosters this. We work hard but we have fun. We lean in heavily and authentically to our values. We leave ego at the door to nurture a safe space for honesty, reflection, growth and learning. We talk to one another - not about one another. We have courageous (aka difficult) conversations. We are not perfect by any means, but we show up each day for the right reasons and bring a smile to one another’s faces every day.

What do we look for?

Warmth | Empathy, kindness and compassion are key.

Vulnerability | It holds great power in building trust.

Intellectual humility | Able to take accountability.

Courage | We lean into courageous conversations.

Passion | Dedicated to learn and grow.

Authenticity | Here for our community, not for ego.

Fun | The work is tough, but we bring fun into every day.

Qualifications in relevant humans services fields.

Values-alignment and commitment to our clients.

‘Growing our own’ mindset

We believe in ‘growing our own’ long-term team members. We know that skills, expertise, and specialist knowledge can be learned and crafted over time. What matters most to us is finding people who are in it for the right reasons, with the right values. We support career progression, development, and passion areas with specialist training opportunities, secondments into new roles and job rotations to get hands-on experience in the areas our team members want to grow for their careers.
