 We will contact you using your preferred communication methods in relation to your request. Your information will be managed confidentially in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and the Queensland Privacy Principles (QPPs).

    Please note when completing agency referrals, you are required to ensure the client being referred is aware they are consenting to a member of our team contacting them to engage in services, and the creation and the storage of their information.

Child and Youth DFV Counselling

Fill out this form to refer your child or young person aged 5-17 into our Child & Youth DFV Counselling Program.

Due to the long-term nature of our work in the Child and Youth space, we are not always open for referrals. We recommend calling 07 3050 3060 to confirm if we are accepting referrals before proceeding.
